1. About Us
These Terms and Conditions apply to all treatments, services, subscriptions, and purchases provided by Simply Aesthetics by Nicole. By booking an appointment, purchasing a treatment, or joining a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Medical Aesthetics Treatments
All aesthetic treatments are carried out following an in-depth consultation to assess suitability, medical history, and individual goals. Some treatments require a face-to-face consultation and may require a cooling-off period before treatment can proceed.
Treatment outcomes vary from person to person and results cannot be guaranteed. You acknowledge that aesthetic treatments carry inherent risks, which will be explained to you during your consultation.
Simply Aesthetics by Nicole reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is deemed clinically inappropriate or unsafe.
3. Consultations
Consultations may be complimentary or chargeable depending on the service. Where a consultation fee applies, this will be made clear at the time of booking. Consultation fees are non-refundable but may be redeemable against treatment at the practitioner’s discretion.
4. Consent and Aftercare
You must provide informed consent prior to any treatment. Aftercare advice will be provided and must be followed carefully. Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect results and will not be the responsibility of Simply Aesthetics by Nicole.
5. Appointments, Cancellations and Late Arrivals
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or non-attendance may result in loss of deposit or full charge for the appointment.
If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and full charges may still apply.
6. Deposits and Payments
Some treatments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are deducted from the final treatment cost unless otherwise stated.
Full payment is required at the time of treatment unless agreed in advance.
7. Subscriptions and Memberships
Subscription plans are billed monthly unless otherwise stated. By joining a subscription, you agree to the recurring payment schedule.
Subscription benefits are non-transferable and must be used within the specified time frame. Unused treatments or benefits do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
Subscriptions may have a minimum commitment period. Cancellation requests must be made in writing with the required notice period, usually one full billing cycle.
Simply Aesthetics by Nicole reserves the right to amend subscription pricing or benefits with reasonable notice.
8. Refunds
Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, refunds are not provided once treatment has been carried out.
Prepaid treatments or subscriptions are non-refundable but may be transferable to alternative treatments at the practitioner’s discretion.
9. Products
Skincare and retail products are non-refundable once opened or used. Faulty items must be reported within 7 days of purchase.
10. Medical Information
You must disclose full and accurate medical information at the time of consultation. Failure to do so may increase risks and releases Simply Aesthetics by Nicole from responsibility.
11. Adverse Reactions and Complications
While rare, complications can occur. You agree to contact Simply Aesthetics by Nicole promptly if you experience any unexpected side effects. Follow-up appointments may be required.
12. Liability
Simply Aesthetics by Nicole will not be held liable for outcomes where clients have failed to disclose medical history, follow aftercare advice, or attend recommended review appointments.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be legally excluded.
13. Photography and Marketing
With your consent, before and after images may be taken for medical records or marketing purposes. Consent for marketing use may be withdrawn at any time.
14. Data Protection
Personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Privacy Policy. Medical records are stored securely and confidentially.
15. Amendments
Simply Aesthetics by Nicole reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on the website.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
